When I first experienced the untamed beauty of Baja, where the saguaro-studded desert meets the endless blue embrace of the Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Cortez, I knew it had to be our next retreat destination. There is something undeniably magical about this land. I cannot wait to share this special place with you April 22–26, 2026. Wild + Free Baja is an invitation to rest, renew, and return to yourself. There is a unique kind of rejuvenation that happens when you step away from the pace and pressure of daily life. When your nervous system is given the space to unwind and recalibrate. Imagine waking without an alarm or kids (yourself included) to rush out the door. Moving your body because it feels nourishing not because you’re squeezing it in. Sitting down to a nourishing meal that someone else prepared. Letting conversations meander rather than solve. Feeling the sun on your skin without watching the clock. When the environment shifts in this way, the body often follows. Shoulders soften. Breath deepens. Sleep becomes more restorative. Creativity stirs. That quiet, constant vigilance begins to dissolve. You remember parts of yourself that busy life doesn’t always make room for. During our time together, you’ll have spacious days to nourish your mind, body, and soul in ways that support you not only while you’re there, but long after you return home. Join me in Baja for daily yoga, a playful variety of movement practices, mindful mornings, and peaceful evenings designed to reset your entire system. This retreat is a gift to yourself, your loved ones and the greater collective. What's Included

I am so excited to announce I'm finally doing it!! Ever since moving to @ridgwaycolorado I have felt a strong pull to host ecstatic dance here. Something about the dramatic peaks and dry desert beckon to be celebrated and danced upon, and what better time than around the Spring Equinox and Libra full moon + lunar eclipse.
Dance has been a big part of my life always. But I’ve found ecstatic dance to be not only fun and freeing, but also transformative, enlightening, empowering, and a powerful embodiment practice. With a curated selection of ambient tunes by @dj_straylight to drop you in, our dance floor at @ridgwayfuse will become a sanctuary for you to let loose, move, groove and free your mind.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It is practiced lying down so that you may get comfortable and draw your attention inwards, drift between the states of wakefulness and sleep, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and you fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
What To Bring
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal and anything else you need to feel comfortable (laying on the Earth outside) or would like to infuse with the energy of the new moon.
Where
We will be gathering in the forest behind the homes on Meadow Estates Drive. There is open parking on the left side of the complex when you drive in. After parking, walk to the right side of the complex to #105 where we will meet and walk down the hill together. We'll be gathering in the circle.
