It is set to upbeat music, and a yoga inspired message will be offered for you to incorporate on and off the mat. This practice moves through seven doorways or stages, starting by creating sacred space and igniting the spirit or breath. Then we light the fire through a series of warmups and vinyasa flow including Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) A, B & C. The warm up prepares the body for strong holding postures and finishes with yin and conscious surrender in Sivasana. A sweat towel, water, and a sense of adventure are strongly suggested. Please sign up in advance with the Ridgway Yoga Shala HERE. |
