Join Marisa Joan and me as we gather in sisterhood to celebrate the new moon, a time of beginnings to reflect, release, and set intentions. Expect herbal tea, cleansing breath work, journaling, yoga nidra, and the magic of sisterhood.
Our intention is to create a safe space for women to gather, connect, and support one another along side the cyclical nature of the moon cycle. Each gathering will have coordinating themes and activities to connect you to the astrological aspects of the moon.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. It is practiced lying down so that you may get comfortable and draw your attention inwards, drift between the states of wakefulness and sleep, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and you fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
What To Bring
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal and anything else you need to feel comfortable (laying on the Earth outside) or would like to infuse with the energy of the new moon.
Where
We will be gathering in the forest behind the homes on Meadow Estates Drive. There is open parking on the left side of the complex when you drive in. After parking, walk to the right side of the complex to #105 where we will meet and walk down the hill together. We'll be gathering in the circle.
Summer Series Details & Pricing
Mark your calendar to join us for this summer's New Moon Sister Circles June 29, July 27 and August 27. Ticket prices are on a sliding scale from $20-35 so that you may pay what you are able or join us for all three circles for $55.
