Mexico Yoga & Cooking Retreat
San Miguel de Allende, Mexico
October 31 - November 5, 2021

Vámonos!  Treat yourself to a flavorful satisfying yoga and cultural immersion. Join me and Traverse Journeys October 31 - November 5, 2021 for 6-day retreat in the beautiful, mountainous state of Guanajuato, Mexico with twice daily yoga and local explorations. Discover the charming city of San Miguel de Allende, try your hand at cooking local cuisine, visit the birthplace of famous muralist Diego Rivera, learn about native plants and sustainable agriculture in the region, and deepen your yoga practice in this vibrant epicenter of Mexican culture & cuisine.

San Miguel de Allende, a UNESCO World Heritage Site three and a half hours north of Mexico City, was voted World’s Best City by Travel + Leisure readers in both 2017 and 2018. Lucky for us, the weeklong Festival la Calaca leading up to Dia de los Muertos November 1-2 is, according to locals, the best time to visit. Everyone is invited to join in the parade through the city, and the outfits are incredible.
