Wellness For Women: Prenatal, Postpartum & Perimenopause

As a certified Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, women's wellness expert, yoga & fitness instructor my goal is to help women uncover your best self so that you may live life to the fullest. Functional Diagnostic Nutrition is grounded in the belief that true wellness is driven by a myriad of internal and external factors. This means that achieving health in our lives requires a more holistic, balanced approach than the engrained practice of purely treating physical symptoms. Unlike traditional medicine, my work assesses the impact of all factors, internal and external, on one’s health and delivers a tailored wellness program and lifestyle coaching that allows people to achieve lasting health and happiness.

​FDN is a type of detective work that seeks to identify the underlying causes of dis-ease instead of treating symptoms. I identify healing opportunities and engage each woman in a health building process using the potent, proven, professional protocols in our DRESS For Health Success program. This includes a personalized Diet, Rest, Exercise, Supplements and Stress Reduction program. This natural, holistic approach yields the highest level of positive results.

My Process

1) Comprehensive Health Evaluation
We begin with an in-depth exploration of your health story. During our initial sessions, we will review your full health history, current concerns, menstrual cycle patterns, life stage (cycling, postpartum, or perimenopausal), wellness goals, nutrition, and any medications or supplements you’re currently taking.

These conversations are thorough and intentional. I encourage you to spend time beforehand reflecting on your questions, symptoms, patterns, and observations. In my work, everything is relevant: your sleep, digestion, stress levels, birth experiences, emotional well-being, and daily rhythms all offer valuable insight. This foundational assessment allows us to identify root imbalances, especially related to gut health, hormones, and nervous system regulation—and create a clear, supportive path toward healing and restoration.


2) A Custom-Tailored Wellness Plan
Your intake and goals guide a personalized plan designed specifically for your body and current season of life.
Your plan may include:
  • Education around natural and botanical supplements
  • Targeted nutrition guidance
  • Sleep and nervous system support
  • Appropriate strength and movement recommendations
  • Stress management tools
  • Hydration and foundational lifestyle practices
Rather than a quick fix, this is a strategic and sustainable approach that supports hormone balance, energy, resilience, and long-term vitality.

3) A Commitment to Relationship & Results
Every woman’s health journey is unique. There is no preset timeline for healing, but I recommend working together for a minimum of 12 weeks (approximately three cycles) to create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach is built on partnership. This work requires shared commitment, and I walk alongside you every step of the way—tracking progress, adjusting protocols as needed, celebrating wins, and helping you stay focused and empowered. My goal is not simply to “fix” symptoms, but to equip you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make informed decisions and actively participate in your long-term health.
