- Hug more.
- Show more love. Lead with love.
- See life and all beings from the heart and a place of gratitude.
- Honor the love and light within that connects us all.
- Pause to give thanks for food, friends, family and blessings.
- Love myself unconditionally.
- Start holistic health & nutrtion coaching via Wild Acorn Wellness.
- Host a Wild Acorn Wellness & Yoga Retreat.
- Find a female mentor.
- Make better use of my time.
- Go to bed and wake up earlier: 11 pm - 7 am.
- Implement a morning routine including: meditation, journaling, yoga or workout
- No social media within one hour of waking and sleeping or in the bedroom
- Don't eat standing up.
- MRT test for food sensitivities - DONE!
- Do a biannual 10-day cleanse. More info on that to come!
- Limit chocolate intake before 5 pm.
