Did you know yoga and exercise can not only change your body, but also your mind, attitude, and mood? For most of us moving our body isn’t required for survival anymore, but it is what we were meant to do! I believe that the more energy and intention we dedicate to honoring ourselves mind, body, and spirit the better we all become as a people and a planet. My hope is that you will find joy and a sense of empowerment in movement whether it be yoga, Hot Onnit classes, or however you get your sweat on. I am so excited to share these transformative practices with you in the studio and on my channel at BSY.tv.
