THE DETAILS
CLIMBING
We welcome climbers of all skill levels, first time climbers and advanced climbers alike, with climbs ranging from 5.4 to 5.12. Two days of guiding and instruction will be led by Becca Droz and supported by Logan Tyler from Basecamp Ouray, both are expert instructors who will support you in reaching your goals. Climbing is an opportunity to discover the capabilities of our minds and bodies, to ground and connect with the Earth through our fingertips and toes and to explore our capacity for pushing the edge of growth. Whatever your personal goals are in climbing, or if it’s simply just to touch rock and try it, your guides will support and coach you in alignment with your intentions. |
YOGA Yoga and meditation will be offered twice a day by Jenn Turner. With a passion for women's health, wellness, and mobility, Jenn is excited to share how yoga can support the mind and body to build not only stronger climbers, but also empowered embodied women. Jenn has been teaching yoga since 2013 and holds multiple advanced yoga certifications. Her classes are accessible to all levels, but will challenge you to drop into a moving meditation through intelligent sequencing, creative flow, breathwork, and long holding yin postures. Prepare to be moved! |
